The Men's Monday Nite Group
Monday night from 7:00 to 8:30 PM is the time for the men's small group. The group meets throughout the year in Room 103 (Youth Room) at Capital Area Christian Church.
The subjects for discussion and study include a wide range of issues that affect every man's daily life. We talk and study about issues like, surviving the economic meltdown, the importance of making good friends, being good husbands and fathers along with solid Bible study and teaching.
This is a fast paced (not your normal Bible study group) with some singing, men's fellowship, video and lively times of discussion between a group of guys who truly care about each other.
The group is involved in encouraging and supporting the senior pastor in various ways. Several of the guys also volunteer to particpate in the rotation of the weekly service project to the community at large.
Paul Quill, elder and leader of the men's ministry, is the facilitator of the group. He keeps things moving and frequently plans the unexpected for the guys.
Any man over the age of 18 is invited to join us any Monday night. No need to call, just show up and introduce yourself to the guys. You will be welcomed.
