· Placing & Paying for Orders—Orders can be placed on distribution day for the following month’s menu on the dates listed in this brochure.  In-person payments may be made by cash, money order or EBT (food stamp) card.  When using an EBT card, the person whose name is on the card must be present, with a photo ID.  We are not able to accept checks or debit/credit cards.

· Distribution Day—You must present your receipt to pick up your food.  A friend or family member may pick up your food with a receipt.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen receipts.  You will be asked to verify that you have received your complete order.  No shortages will be honored once you have left the building.  Please bring a medium sized box, cooler, or laundry basket to carry your food home in.

· Food Substitutions—Angel Food Ministry has the right to substitute for any items listed on the menu. 

· Distribution Day Delays—If there are any transportation problems resulting in the food arriving late to our facility, a public service announcement will be made on WSBA Radio, 910am that morning.
