Don Hamilton, Pastor
Don has served as the pastor at Capital Area since September 1982. He is a graduate of Johnson Bible College, Cincinnati Bible Seminary, and Northwest Graduate School of the Ministry. Don’s wife, Gail, is a nurse practitioner and serves as the church worship director. Don and Gail have three children, Andrea, Lauren, and Kristin.

Cabot Lodge, Shepherding/Administrative Pastor
Cabot has served as pastor since August of 2005 and elder since 1984 here at Capital Area Christian Church. He is a Walsh College graduate and a retired Quality Manager in the aerospace industry. Cabot’s wife, Darcy, is a food server in the West Shore School District. They have raised two boys David and Jon. They also have a large extended family of children and grandchildren. In addition to pastor and elder Cabot serves as Sound Tech Leader, Worship Team member, and leader/facilitator for many other ministries.

Lori Cartmill, Children's Pastor
Lori joined CACC's staff in the summer of 2003. Lori has long had a passion for children and has worked many years in our children's program here at the church. She also leads our teams for special children's events like Egg-A-Rama and Kid's Camp. Lori can often be found on Sunday's in the midst of a crowd of kids! Lori's husband Rick, works for Alside Supply and they have two boys, Josh & Brandon.

Mike Russell, Youth Pastor
Before coming to CACC as Youth Minister, Mike lived 99.5% of his life in Maryland. Mike graduated from Lincoln Christian College with a Bachelor of Arts in General Ministry He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Jenna and their only begotten daughter Grace.

TJ George, Pastor of Connection Ministries
TJ works hard to keep information flowing between our various ministries and also leads our ministry to welcome newcomers and help them find a ministry team that fits their personality, passion, gifts and skills. TJ's husband, Fred, is a Seafood Department Manager with Giant Foods Company - two boys Zachary & Hunter round out their household.

Terri Jackson, Office Manager & Treasurer
Terri keeps everything connected between our staff and the congregation. She's the "voice" of the staff as she's usually the one who answers the phone. Terri is also the church's treasurer. She has been a member of CACC since 1998. She and her husband Jeff have three children Nate, Ben & Beka. Jeff is the Director of Finances & International Ministry with Impact Ministries International.
